Matthew Bailey

Matthew Bailey is an experienced education development professional currently serving as the Head of Education Development and Qualification Development Manager at Sava since March 2018. In this role, Matthew designs and manages e-learning implementation for online learning, focusing on high-quality course and qualification development. Prior to Sava, Matthew held various leadership positions at West Herts College, including Head of Apprenticeships and Head of School for Professional and Community Learning, where responsibilities included managing apprenticeship frameworks and quality assurance. Previous roles also include Training Consultant at Protocol Skills, responsible for delivering catering and hospitality qualifications, and Deputy General Manager at Whitbread. Matthew holds a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
