Jordan M. Fredericks has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. They began their career as a Test Engineer Intern at Volvo Group Trucks Technology in 2012, followed by Co-Op roles as a Design Engineer at Honda R&D Americas, Inc in 2012 and as a Test Engineer at Honda R&D Americas, Inc in 2013. They then worked as an MAE Ambassador at North Carolina State University from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, Jordan worked as a Mechanical Engineer at General Dynamics Mission Systems. Following this, they joined the Naval Nuclear Laboratory (FMP) in 2015 as an Engineer, where they stayed until 2022. Currently, Jordan holds the position of Principal Engineer at Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, starting in April 2022.
Jordan M. Fredericks completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at North Carolina State University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Farmingdale State College and completed a Pre-Engineering Transfer Curriculum. In addition to their degree, Jordan also obtained certification as an Engineer in Training from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying in April 2013.
