Additional experience includes roles as Branch Manager/Vice President at Scott Equipment Company, LLC, Maintenance Manager at Republic Services Inc., and Region Maintenance Manager at United Rentals. Paul's career commenced in the United States Marine Corps as a Tank Technician from December 1993 to April 1998. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University and an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Nashville State Community College.
