Owen Denby

Owen Denby currently serves as General Counsel at Sayari since June 2025 and is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels. Previously, Owen held multiple legal roles at SecurityScorecard from July 2021 to June 2025, including General Counsel, Vice President of Legal, and Senior Director of Assistant General Counsel. At Rally Health, Owen worked as Director of Legal and Business Affairs from June 2019 to June 2021. Early career experience includes positions as Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells, Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and Associate at McDermott Will & Emery, where Owen also completed a summer associate position. Internships included roles at the United States Senate and the State of Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General. Owen Denby earned a JD from New York University School of Law and a degree from Trinity College-Hartford.
