Rafael Silva

Rafael Silva is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CMO at Venture Hero and CEO at ISRAEL Capital since April 2011, Rafael has also held positions such as Vice-President and Head of Startups at Blusoft, Co-Founder of SC Angels and Size Agency, and Co-Partner at Towty Soluções. As Vice-President of ASSOVESC, Rafael contributes to the representation and support of vehicle dealers in Santa Catarina. Holding a degree from Stanford University's Continuing Studies program in Building and Scaling Subscription Business, Rafael has a strong background in entrepreneurship and investment, exemplified by active involvement as an honorary member of the Angel Investor Club and Co-Founder of Catarina Carros. Additionally, Rafael has been the CEO and President of Isidoro Automoveis since February 2002.
