Bryce Alves

Bryce Alves is a Senior Scientist at Scale Biosciences since January 2023, with previous experience as a Staff Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific from June 2021 to December 2022, and as a Senior Research Scientist at Active Motif from August 2013 to June 2021. Prior to these roles, Bryce Alves completed a postdoctoral fellowship at UCSD from March 2009 to August 2013, and conducted graduate studies at the University of Nevada Reno from September 2003 to March 2009, where research focused on the activation of T lymphocytes and enhancing their cytotoxic granule proteins under the supervision of Dorothy Hudig. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Boise State University.
