Rodrigo del Campo

Rodrigo Del Campo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, executive search, and consulting across Latin America. Currently serving as Senior Partner for Stanton Chase in Chile and Peru since February 2025, Rodrigo also holds the positions of Founder and Editor at Profesionales Dinámicos, and Founder and Director at multiple companies including Alto Impacto S.A., Círculo de Consultores de Alto Impacto, and Crece10X. With a strong background in business strategy and development, Rodrigo has previously held roles at Korn/Ferry International and Zenith Group International, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, assessment, and leading organizational change initiatives. Educational qualifications include diplomas in Human Communication and Organizational Leadership from Universidad de Chile and Universidad Alberto Hurtado, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad de Concepción.
