Chris Rilling

Chris Rilling currently serves as the Strategic Projects Lead at Scale AI, focusing on multilingual safety, agents, and tool use since December 2023. Previously, Chris gained experience as an AI Intern at Lazard Asset Management, where efforts centered on ESG-conscious portfolio construction, and as a researcher at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, contributing to AI applications for climate change under Andrew Ng. Additional roles include an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Lazard, a consultant at The World Bank, and a research assistant at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research. Chris's earlier experience also includes a tenure as an analyst at the Charles R. Blyth Fund and a data science internship at DogHero. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Computer Science, both from Stanford University.
