Fernand Courtois has worked in the electronics industry since 1987. Fernand began their career at Philips - RTC Compelec as an IC Designer. In 1992, they moved to Philips Semiconductors, where they worked as an IC Designer and Project Leader. In 2001, they joined NXP Semiconductors as an RF-IC Design Group Leader, where they were responsible for the development of a DECT transceiver in RF-CMOS technology. Fernand Courtois obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Université catholique de Louvain between 1982 and 1987.
