Sashith Harshana

Sashith Harshana is an experienced pastry chef with a diverse culinary background spanning over several years in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Pastry Chef at Scandic Hotels since December 2022, Sashith has also held positions as an Assistant Pastry Chef at Pasticceria Regina in Lucca, Italy, and as a Chef De Partie at Corinthia Hotels Limited and James Caterers Events. Previous roles include Demi Chef De Partie positions at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and W Hotels, as well as foundational experience as a 1st Commis and Commis Chef at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and THE PALMS RESORTS LTD, respectively. Sashith's formal education includes a Pastry and Bakery Diploma from Prima Baking Training School in Singapore, completed in 2015.
