Mamo Midegdu started working at Scandinavian Building Services in 2006 as the Regional Director for Alberta South. In 2014, they were promoted to Vice President of Operation for Western Canada. In 2017, Midegdu became the Executive Vice President for Western Canada. And finally, in August 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at the company.
Mamo Midegdu pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA (Executive Management) degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University between 2016 and 2018. Prior to this, Mamo had completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from Addis Ababa University. Additionally, Mamo also studied Accounting at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and obtained a CGA qualification.
