Azharulla Shariff is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the engineering and project management sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Engineering and Project at Scania India since November 2013, Azharulla focuses on enhancing plant operations through process improvement, product development strategies, and effective project management. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Engineer - Sub Assembly at Terex India, where expertise in assembly process engineering was developed, and as Fabrication Engineer at BEML LIMITED, overseeing technical support for defense projects. Azharulla holds a Postgraduate Degree in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MBA in Operations Research from ICFAI University, Tripura, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
