Sharif Alhajlah, PhD, currently serves as an Associate Professor and Vice Dean for Scientific and Entrepreneurship at جامعة شقراء since 2014. Additional roles include Supervisor of the Medical Research Unit and وكيل كلية الطب للشؤون التعليمية. Sharif also holds the position of Certified Expert at وزارة العدل - المملكة العربية السعودية since January 2024 and has worked as a Consultant of Molecular Genetics since October 2021. In addition, Sharif has been a Certified Item Author Writer for الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية since January 2022 and served as a Senior Molecular Genetics professional from April 2019 to October 2021. Educational achievements include a PhD in Genetics from the University of Birmingham (2013 - 2017) and a Master of Science in Cell and Tissue Engineering from Keele University (2010 - 2011).

The authority is centered around the training and testing of health practitioners, training programs, and their accreditation and health transactions, with the development of continuous education on an ongoing basis, in addition to health care and other related tasks.
