Tobias Ebersbach

Tobias Ebersbach currently serves as the Head of Operations Digitalization & IT Division Bearings and Industrial Solutions at Schaeffler, a position held since November 2017, where global responsibility includes leading teams focused on digitalization in operations and production sites. Key contributions involve developing a vision and strategy for digital operations, managing strategic projects, and leading cross-functional global teams in BI, low code development, connectivity, and automation. Previous roles include Project Manager for the digital pilot factory, where the concept for digitally enabled production was created, and Team Coordinator for BI solutions, establishing a team for rapid BI implementation.
