Olivier Hari

Olivier Hari is an accomplished Attorney-at-Law at Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd. in Geneva and Zurich since May 2005, specializing in Corporate and M&A, Corporate Governance, Restructuring and Insolvency, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Internal Investigations, and White Collar Crime. In addition to legal practice, Olivier Hari serves as a Prof. Dr. in Corporate, Business, and Financial Markets Law at Université de Neuchâtel, and as a Senior Lecturer at Université de Genève.
