Thorsten Pawelczyk is an experienced IT leader with a career spanning over a decade in various key positions. Currently serving as the Leiter IT for PreZero and GreenCycle at Schwarz IT KG since April 2021, Thorsten has also held leadership roles within the company since March 2020. Prior to this, Thorsten was the Leiter IT Integration und Transformation at GreenCycle from November 2019 to March 2020. From December 2016 to November 2019, Thorsten was Geschäftsführer and led the Shared Service Center at Tönsmeier Management GmbH, overseeing operations in Germany and Poland as well as central HR functions. Thorsten served as CIO at Tönsmeier Dienstleistungs GmbH from April 2013 to November 2019, and previously held the CIO position at SieMatic Möbelwerke GmbH & Co. KG from 2008 to 2012.
