Hemant Wadhwa, CFA, is a seasoned finance and technology professional currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of Neu since November 2021. In addition to this role, Hemant is a Board Member at SEH and Managing Partner at Trinetra Investments, an early-stage venture capital firm focusing on technology disruptions in areas such as artificial intelligence and blockchain. Hemant’s extensive investment experience includes positions at NFX Digital, Scienaptic Systems, and Session AI. Previously, in a prominent role as VP of Innovation & Applied Technologies at TRC Companies, Inc., Hemant led efforts to establish a centralized IT function and integrated acquisitions to enhance corporate performance. Hemant's career commenced as a Research Analyst at The Lanyi Group @CIBC World Markets, where valuable insights were provided into technology and business services sectors. Educational credentials include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, an MBA from The University of Iowa, and a BE in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
