One of the company founders, Richard Chart's energy and engineering drive has helped ScienceLogic bring dial-tone availability levels to IT operations. Richard brings 20 years of systems engineering, software development, and technology operations experience to ScienceLogic.

Prior to ScienceLogic, Richard was the director of system engineering at Interliant, where he was responsible for platform architectures used in the global delivery of a suite of scalable ASP services. Before that, he established a strong track record in project management and service delivery as development manager at Telstra Multimedia, where he led the engineering of the company’s intranet and extranet product offerings.

Earlier in his career, Richard worked in data services software development with AT&T Bell Laboratories, delivering breakthrough traffic measurement solutions. He holds a BS in computer science from Portsmouth University in the U.K.
