Eric Ashdown

Eric Ashdown is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Emergent Security LLC since February 2023, Eric focuses on providing Cybersecurity Mesh as a Service to SMEs in emerging markets. In addition, Eric holds the position of CISO at Scope AR and is a Partner at Ridge Partners LLC. Previous roles include CEO and Co-Founder of a Stealth Cyber Start-up, Founder & CEO of Stealth Cyber Intel Venture, and Chief Information Security Officer at CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd. Eric has a strong background in innovative security projects and strategic technology development, with earlier positions at BlackRidge Technology, TeraDact Solutions, and InfoSec Global, among others. Eric's career also includes significant contributions at Microsoft as a Principal Cybersecurity Consultant and Chief Security Advisor for the Asia region. Eric holds an MBA in International Business from The George Washington University and a BA in International Studies from the University of the Pacific.
