Alix Youngseok Kwak is a Business Improvement Manager and Business Analyst with a diverse background in various industries. With experience as a Co-Founder and Digital Advisor, Alix has also worked in IT process and systems lead roles. Holding a Master's Degree in Information Systems from the University of Melbourne, Alix has a strong educational foundation in both engineering and urban planning from Dankook University and Swinburne University of Technology.
