Bruce McCowan is a seasoned human resources and organizational leadership professional with extensive experience in various executive roles. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Scope (Aust) since May 2023, Bruce also chairs the Workplace Accreditation Committee at White Ribbon Australia. Previously, Bruce held significant positions at Able Australia, deliberatepractice, Activ Foundation, and Western Power, among others. As the Founder and Managing Director of Harrier Group, Bruce established a successful recruitment and HR consulting firm catering to prominent Australian employers. Bruce has formal education from prestigious institutions including the MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard Business School, and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, coupled with degrees in educational technology and mathematics.
