Etty Shneorson

Etty Shneorson, PMP, currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Scopio Labs since February 2024, focusing on customer adoption and value realization. Previously, Etty held the position of VP of Customer Success at Swish.ai, where responsibilities included driving enterprise value through effective change management and AI adoption. Etty's extensive career also features roles such as VP of Customer Success at AU10TIX, Senior Director of Program Management at Attivio, and Senior Director of Professional Services at ClickSoftware, among others. A background in managing customer relationships, overseeing projects, and delivering successful deployments spans multiple industries, including finance and technology. Etty holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University and completed software development training at MAMRAM in the IDF.
