Gemma Hart has worked in the customer success space since 2014. Gemma began their career at Green & Co. as a Sales Negotiator in 2014. In 2017, they joined Fuze as a Customer Success Manager and was promoted to Team Lead, EMEA Enterprise Customer Success in the same year. In 2022, they moved to Scoro where they are currently the Head of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager.

Gemma Hart graduated from the University of the West of England in 2007 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law.
