Luis Alberto Effer Diana is an experienced automation engineer with a strong background in agile methodologies and project leadership. Currently serving as an Automation Engineer and Technical Leader at Scotiabank Colpatria since October 2017, Luis oversees impediment management and guides Scrum methodologies within the Development and Automation team. Previous roles include Development Engineer at Jaime Torres C y Cía S.A. and Automation Engineer at Colpatria Multibanca, where Luis focused on web service automation and virtualization. Additionally, experience as a Network Administrator and Technical Project Leader showcases a diverse skill set in systems engineering.
