Simon Ginger

Simon Ginger is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management. Currently, Simon serves as the Director of Professional Services at Scotiabank, a role held since May 2021. Prior experience includes multiple positions at TD from March 2012 to April 2021, where Simon was the Initiative Owner - Regulatory for Canadian Personal Banking and held several managerial roles in strategic sourcing. At Plexxus, from May 2009 to March 2012, Simon developed large-scale sourcing initiatives across member hospitals, focusing on cost savings and process efficiencies. Earlier roles also include Category Manager at Agrega Intelligent Procurement and General Healthcare Group, along with a foundation in procurement as a Buyer at Matrox. Simon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Bishop's University, completed in 2000.
