Kayla Davidson is a skilled professional in engineering and program management with extensive experience in the automotive and eMobility sectors. Currently serving as a Plant Production Coordinator at Scout Motors Inc., Kayla previously held the position of Technical Program Manager for Drive Unit at Rivian, managing a $100M manufacturing engineering program. Prior roles at Eaton included Senior Systems Engineer positions focusing on eMobility and Embedded Intelligence, where Kayla developed mechanical requirements and implemented Advanced Driver Assist System features. With a strong educational background from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, including a Master of Engineering Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in Engineering disciplines, Kayla has demonstrated expertise in project management, system design, and team collaboration throughout a diverse career in engineering and technology.
