Rachna Shah began their career in 2014 as a Federal Law Clerk for the U.S. District Courts, followed by an Assistant District Attorney position at Special Victims. In 2016, they became an Associate Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. In 2018, they moved to Kirkland & Ellis as an Associate Attorney. In 2019, Rachna began working as an Instructor at Harvard Law School and as General Counsel & Managing Director at External General Counsel, LLC. In this role, they managed all things legal from commercial contracts to compliance and risk manuals. Rachna is currently employed as General Counsel at Scoutible, starting in 2022.
Rachna Shah has an impressive educational background. Rachna attended Harvard Law School and obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Trial Advocacy. Rachna then attended Columbia University, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Rights. Prior to that, they attended Duke University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Political Science, respectively. Rachna also completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Education through Teach for America at Pace University-New York. Lastly, they studied Comparative Law abroad at the University of Oxford.
