Bill James

Bill James is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, account management, and strategic leadership within various industries. As Co-Founder, Customer Officer, and Board Member at ScoutLogic Screening since June 2017, Bill has driven innovation in pre-employment background checks using analytics to enhance candidate experience. Prior to ScoutLogic, Bill held multiple senior roles at IRI, including EVP Global Accounts and EVP Commercial for Europe, where responsibilities included managing global portfolios and overseeing key client relationships. Bill's earlier career includes significant positions at TRANSORA LTD, Grocery Manufacturers Association, and Procter & Gamble, showcasing a strong foundation in sales and industry affairs. Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from Wake Forest University and attended Woodberry Forest School.
