Steve Lafave

Steve LaFave has over a decade of experience in radiation therapy and operations management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations for the Division of Radiation Oncology at Scripps Health since June 2013, Steve has held various roles including Lead Radiation Therapist and Senior Radiation Therapist. Prior to this position, Steve was the Systemwide Radiation Therapy Services Lead Radiation Therapist at Scripps MD Anderson Cancer Center from June 2018 to November 2019, and worked as a Radiation Therapist at Mount Auburn Hospital from May 2010 to June 2013. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Radiologic Technology/Science from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, graduating in 2010.
