Mike Cendejas

Mike Cendejas is an experienced library professional currently serving as the Discovery & Access Systems Librarian at The Scripps Research Institute since December 2016, where responsibilities include managing library systems and enhancing its web presence. Prior roles include Library Web Services and Technologies Specialist at Zovio and Bridgepoint Education, where Mike contributed to web development and library technology projects. As Manager of Library Web Services & Technologies, Mike oversaw technological needs for Ashford University Libraries, focusing on user experience and resource integration. Additional experience encompasses teaching information literacy courses and working in various library roles at institutions such as Concordia University and Point Loma Nazarene University. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Point Loma Nazarene University.
