Jessica Kessinger

Jessica Kessinger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Customer Service Manager at ScriptPro since January 2019, Jessica previously held the role of Operations Manager at Waddell & Reed from April 2017 to December 2018. Jessica's tenure at ScriptPro began in June 2008, where roles included Senior Client Services Manager, Workflow Support, Program Manager for Government Accounts, and Account Manager, specializing in managing Department of Defense accounts. Earlier experience includes a position as Training Coordinator at Sara Lee and a Social Studies Teacher at Prairie Star Middle School.
