Sculptor
Wayne Cohen is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Sculptor Capital and a member of Sculptor Capital’s Board of Directors. Mr. Cohen joined Sculptor in 2005 and is a member of the Firm’s Partner Management Committee.
Mr. Cohen is primarily responsible for helping shape Sculptor’s strategy, in addition to having a broad scope of responsibility managing day-to-day operations of the Firm and overseeing the Client Partner Group and other non-investment functions.
Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tulane University (magna cum laude) and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
