Andrew Krasnov

Andrew Krasnov currently serves as the Head of M&A at Seadrill since March 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew was involved in Strategy & Corporate Development at Motiva Enterprises LLC from January 2022 to April 2024. Andrew's extensive experience in strategy and transactions was further developed during a nearly decade-long tenure at EY, where Andrew held various positions including Senior Manager, Valuation Manager, and Valuation Senior Associate from October 2012 to January 2022. Earlier in Andrew's career, positions included Senior Valuation Associate at Hill Schwartz Spilker Keller LLC and Investment Analyst at Richmont Holdings, Inc. Andrew holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
