Lois Kaye

Lois Kaye is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Sealaska & Woocheen since September 2017, focusing on sustainable business development in various sectors including Seafood and Natural Foods, Environmental Monitoring, and Data Analytics. Prior to this role, Lois held the position of Senior Partner in Executive Search at Lucas Group from February 2011 to September 2017, specializing in Marketing and Sales executive placements. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Consultant/Project Manager at LK Consulting, and as Area Director for Art Squad & Imprimis, where Lois managed operations and client relations for a staffing branch. Lois earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from the University of Northern Iowa.
