Rakesh Sharma is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in finance management and accounting. Currently serving as the Head of Agency Control at SeaLead since June 2025, Rakesh oversees financial reporting, tax, and vessel accounting. Prior to this, Rakesh held the position of Finance Manager at Milaha, where responsibilities included managing procurement processes in compliance with IFRS standards and leading finance improvement projects. Rakesh also has a background as F&A Delivery Lead at A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, where leadership of the Finance Transformation Project was a key achievement, and prior roles include managerial positions at GENPACT LLC and Bharti Airtel Limited. Rakesh holds a Chartered Accountant designation from ICAI and a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA UK.
