Rachel Taulelei

Rachel Taulelei is a prominent leader with a diverse portfolio of roles across various sectors in New Zealand. As the co-founder of Oho since September 2021, Rachel is actively involved in promoting cultural and sustainable practices. In addition, Rachel serves as Chair for Moana New Zealand— the largest Iwi-owned fisheries company in Aotearoa— and as Director at Sealord Group Ltd and The Warehouse Group, where Rachel leads initiatives in governance, sustainability, and risk management. Rachel's leadership extends to roles such as Independent Director at ANZCO Foods, Chair at Sky Stadium, and co-owner of Tokomanawa Queens, which represents professional women's basketball. Recent appointments include Chair of the Appointments and Remuneration Panel for New Zealand Rugby and Chair of the Sustainability Advisory Panel for Fonterra. Rachel holds degrees from Victoria University of Wellington and has completed the Stanford Executive Programme in Organizational Leadership.
