Yana Lyashkevich, AssocCIPD, obtained a Master's Degree in Linguistics from the South-Russian Institute of Humanities in Astrakhan, Russia between 2000 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their High School education at the Economic-Law Lyceum in Astrakhan, Russia from 1990 to 2000. Yana furthered their education in the field of Human Resources Management and Services by completing a Level 5 Diploma in CIPD Qualifications from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they received a Certificate in Mental Health from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. Additionally, Yana has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Creating Your Personal Brand, HR as a Business Partner, Human Resources Foundations, Talent Management, and Understanding Business in 2021.
