Nick Balletta

Nick Balletta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and investment sectors. Currently serving as President of Sea Street Technologies since September 2023, Balletta also functions as a Founding Partner at LiquidAccess, an advisory and investment firm for startups and small to medium businesses. Previously, Balletta held the role of EVP and Global Head of Corporate Development at Megaport from September 2021 to September 2023, managing strategic partnerships and M&A activities. Prior to Megaport, Balletta was Chairman & CEO of InnovoEdge, a software company acquired by Megaport, and CEO and Founder of TalkPoint, which was sold to PGI in 2014. Balletta's early career includes significant positions such as President of Enterprise Services at iBeam Broadcasting, and co-founder of both NextVenue and Voyager Networks. Balletta began professional training in business at Rutgers University, obtaining an MBA in Business Administration.
