Dwayne Verley

Dwayne Verley, CPA, CISA, CITP, CIA, CGMA, CAMS, has extensive experience in auditing and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Internal Audit at SEB Merchant Banking since 1997, Dwayne has held multiple titles including Vice President Audit. Prior to SEB Merchant Banking, Dwayne worked as an Audit Officer at Bank Hapoalim’s New York branches from November 1995 to April 1997 and held the position of Operations Manager and Audit Officer at Dresdner Bank from October 1990 to October 1995, achieving the title of Assistant Vice President – Operations Manager from May 1993 to October 1995. Dwayne earned an MBA in Accounting from Clark Atlanta University and a BA from Morehouse College.
