Erica Duignan Minnihan

Erica Duignan Minnihan is a seasoned venture capital professional and co-founder of Reign Ventures, an early-stage investment firm focused on Seed and Series A technology companies. Currently serving as Chairwoman of the SEC Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee, Erica provides insights on policy matters related to small businesses. As a Kauffman Fellow and a mentor for the National Science Foundation's Convergence Accelerator, Erica is committed to fostering a diverse community in the venture capital space. Past roles include Founder and Managing Partner at 1000 Angels and Managing Director at DreamIt Ventures, with board positions at organizations such as the Guttmacher Institute and Appy Couple. Erica holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Business Economics from UCLA.
