Tero Koivikko has a diverse work experience in the sales and security industry. Tero most recently worked at Secapp as a Sales Manager, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Sales Representative at the same company from October 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Secapp, Tero worked at Hillava Oy as a Sales Manager from March 2021 to September 2021. Earlier in their career, they were a Field Sales Manager at Sector Alarm Finland from November 2019 to March 2021, where they were responsible for sales results in Middle Finland and guided and trained a sales team. Tero also worked as a Field Sales Representative at Sector Alarm Finland from June 2019 to November 2019, during which they independently sold home security and alarm systems and participated in trade fairs as part of the Most Valuable Players Team. Prior to that, Tero worked as a Security Guard at KV Turva Oy from May 2015 to May 2019, and at Securitas Oy from May 2014 to October 2015.
Tero Koivikko attended Jyväskylän ammattiopisto from 2009 to 2012, where they completed a Pintakäsittelyalan perustutkinto (Basic Degree in Surface Treatment). In addition to their education, Tero obtained a Sector Way Academy Diploma from Sector Alarm Finland in September 2020. Tero was also recognized as the Trainer of the Year in 2020 by Sector Alarm Finland. Furthermore, Tero obtained the position of Pääluottamusmies (Chief Representative) from KV Turva Oy in May 2018.
