Second Nature
Andy Cumine has a diverse work experience. Andy began their career in 2009 as a Self Employed Private Ski Instructor in the Portes du Soleil area in France. In 2012, they completed an internship with Classic Car Safe LLP, where they assisted with the design and format of public relations and marketing package, and renovation of the company storage facility. That same year, they also completed an MEng Project at Durham University, developing and modeling the aerodynamic design of an electric ducted fan for use in an electric passenger aircraft. In 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer at Red Badger, and as a Junior Web Developer at Makers Academy. Most recently, they have been working as an Engineering Manager at Second Nature since 2021.
Andy Cumine obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering (Aeronautic) from Durham University between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Marlborough College from 2003 to 2008.
