Prior to that, Tsvetan served as a FO Engineer at ITA Group Bulgaria from November 2011 to January 2023. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Radio and Telecommunications from Technical University - Sofia, Bulgaria, and a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Microprocessor Techniques and Technologies from Prvetz, Bulgaria, also affiliated with Technical University - Sofia, Bulgaria, specializing in Radio and Telecommunications.
