Jeff Rosenberg

Jeff Rosenberg currently holds the position of VP and General Counsel at SecureWorks, a role undertaken since August 2007. Previously, Rosenberg served as Senior Counsel for Prepaid Services at First Data from November 2006 to August 2007, providing comprehensive legal services for prepaid and stored-value card solutions. Prior experience includes serving as VP and General Counsel at Hagemeyer from October 2000 to March 2006, and holding the title of Senior Counsel for M&A at First Data from 1998 to 2000, where Rosenberg managed important acquisition and investment transactions. Earlier roles involved corporate litigation at Hunton & Williams and Dewey Ballantine, specializing in corporate law and project financing. Educational credentials include a JD from Albany Law School and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
