Rosemary Vargas

Rosemary Vargas is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the VP of People at Securitize since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rosemary held the position of Global Director of People at Choco from August 2022 to June 2025 and was the Head of People Operations at Ro from November 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included benefits administration and employee management. Additionally, Rosemary worked at Flatiron Health and Newsela in various people operations and management roles, focusing on benefit administration, employee onboarding, and compliance with HR policies. Rosemary's career began at Mordente Law Firm as a Senior HR Associate, and earlier experience includes a role in Human Capital Assurance at EY. Rosemary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Queens College.
