Qiana Bridges

Qiana Bridges is an experienced instructional designer currently employed at Security Service Federal Credit Union since November 2018. Qiana has effectively delivered Instructional Design services utilizing the ADDIE process while enhancing training programs and identifying developmental needs of team members. Previous roles include serving as an enterprise training channel lead and asset recovery supervisor, focusing on agent development and performance management. Prior to joining Security Service Federal Credit Union, Qiana held supervisory positions at Kohl's and UScellular, managing teams in risk management operations, sales, and customer service. Qiana's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University.
