Jodi Torres is a seasoned professional in customer success and marketing with extensive experience in building and scaling customer-focused departments. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Marketing at SecurityScorecard since March 2022, Jodi has held multiple roles within the company, including Sr. Director of Customer Success and Interim Head of Customer Success. Prior roles include Head of Client Experience at SEMPRE and Global Head of Customer Success at BlueVoyant. Jodi has a robust background in implementing procedures for customer onboarding and support, as well as expertise in maintaining lasting client relationships.
