Tamra Yale

Tamra Yale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and operations within the workforce absence and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Workforce Absence at Sedgwick since September 2019, Tamra has also held significant roles at York Risk Services Group as Vice President of Account Management and Vice President of Client Services since January 2018. Prior to this, Tamra worked at ReedGroup as Vice President of Operations, as well as at Aon Hewitt in various leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations and Sr. Director of Absence Management. Additional experience includes leadership roles in account management at The Hartford and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
