David Orrock

David Orrock is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering Operations at Sedna since August 2021, where efforts focus on enhancing Developer Experience, Operational Efficiency, and Process Management. Prior to this role, David held multiple positions at American Express from August 2013 to August 2021, including Senior Engineering Manager, leading a team of 40 within a highly regulated finance product portfolio. David's early career included various engineering roles and a foundational education at the University of Plymouth, culminating in a BSc in Computing and Games Development, followed by a Master’s Degree in Intelligent Systems from the University of Sussex. David's academic journey also began at Devonport High School for Boys.
