Fikri Abdul Malik

Fikri Abdul Malik has a diverse background in operations management within the logistics and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Manager for both Logistic Operations and Last Mile Operations at Segari since June 2022, Fikri previously held the position of Area Operations Manager at Shopee from June 2021 to June 2022, where involvement in regional operations for ShopeeFood was key. Prior experience at Grab from March 2016 to May 2021 included roles such as Product Operations Lead and Assistant Manager for Transport, focusing on partner productivity and stakeholder engagement. Earlier, Fikri also served as Sr Loyalty and Retention Executive, responsible for driver training and fraud tracking. Education is being pursued at the University of Indonesia since 2010.
